Modern motherhood is exhausting. It can feel like we’re on a hamster wheel rushing from one thing to the next, with little sleep and a million things on the to-do list. We get it. Take some time out and come to this nourishing morning workshop with expert mums, top London nutritionist and hormone expert and author Angelique Panagos and coach, wellbeing expert and founder of Motherkind Zoe Blaskey.
Over 2.5 hours we’ll show you simple but really effective tips and tools for managing your energy in the craziness of mum life. This event will help you to be your best and feel awesome in mind and body, despite broken nights and early starts.

The programme consists of a series of seven author-led panel discussions with 20 authors around the theme of wellness.
The day promises to nourish, inspire and delight as well as providing you with the tools to embrace wellness in your every day life – no matter how busy you are.
I'm hosting a panel 1.30pm-2.30pm - Improve your networking skills and learn how to use social media to build your profile from those who have successfully used social media as a springboard to launch their careers.
You can book tickets to each individual event for £10 or, buy an all day ticket for £50 and attend all the events as well as three bonus mini-sessions of meditation, fitness and yoga.
I am so thrilled to announce I have partnered with parenting psychologists, Mellownest for a new workshop for mums-to-be.
Unlike many pregnancy classes this workshop will focus entirely on you and your journey into motherhood.
It’s well documented how challenging the early days can be for new mums and this 3 hour nurturing event will give you space, information, tools and inspiration for how to manage your own well being through the early days.
