This week, I’m talking to Rachel Brathen, who you will probably know better as Yoga Girl! Rachel is an incredible yoga teacher, entrepreneur and New York Times bestselling author.

Rachel has just written a new book, called ‘To Love and Let go: A Memoir of Love, Loss and Gratitude’, which comes out in the UK on the 31st October.

We talk about the new book quite a bit, as well as two of my very favourite topics – healing and motherhood. Rachel has so much wisdom, humility and humour, I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

Here’s what we talk about:

-       Rachel’s new book, ‘To Love and Let Go’

-       Rachel’s reflections on healing from her own journey

-       Rachel’s experiences of motherhood

-       How Rachel uses yoga and meditation to show up in the best way for her daughter

-       The one gift she would give all mothers
