Ep 251 - Every mother needs to hear these words with Donna Lancaster

***Trigger Warning*** We discuss graphic intrusive thoughts, so if hearing that experience might be more harmful than connecting for you, please skip that bit. It's about 10 minutes in.

This week we have the incredible Donna Lancaster back on the show. You love her first episode, so I hope you'll love this one even more.

Donna has worked as a coach, a group facilitator and a therapist for more than 30 years - I cannot tell you how much I respect Donna and her work.

This is one of those episodes it's going to make you think, it's going to make you cry, and it's going to put a lot in perspective.

Donna talks about:

-   Forgiving herself for how she was in the early years of her children's lives.

-   How much she struggled in those early days, including experiencing some pretty graphic intrusive thoughts

-   How allowing herself to grieve unlocked so much healing and forgiveness

I'm so excited for you to hear this one. Please share this episode with any mums you know who might be struggling and need Donna's wise, warm words of hope and compassion.
