Shahroo Izadi is a behavioural change specialist and the author of the book The Kindness Method in this episode we talk all about changing our habits and behaviour. It's often said in self development our habits underpin our whole lives and if we can change our habits we can change our lives.

Shahroo says that the way to change these habits Shahroo is to be kinder to ourselves which for some of us is quite radical. I’m a huge fan of self-compassion and self kindness so I loved this conversation with Shahroo and I hope you will too.
