MOMENT | Reshma Saujani on why you need to keep your dreams alive in motherhood

Welcome to this week's moment episode, where I speak with the incredible Reshma Saujani, who is best known for the organisation she founded called Girls Who Code. It is one of the most influential nonprofits in the world and it has introduced millions of women to coding and the tech industry.

During the pandemic, Reshma found herself with a 3-week-old and a pre-schooler trying to run her organisation and look after her family full-time. And that's when she broke.

She says she spent the last 10 years telling girls to lean in and fight to get to the top; however, after her experience parenting and working during the pandemic, her message changed.

Listen to this moment episode to hear Reshma’s thoughts why we need to keep our dreams alive in Motherhood.
